That Adelaide band - July single reviews 2026

  Solly Fern – He Eats Her Alive This new release from Adelaide, folky singer songwriter has lot’s of interesting peaks and troughs with emotions and feelings   of the song fitting in well with Solly’s big vocal range, think Last Dinner Party meets Florence and Machine Lola – Make things right Lola’s new single contains everything Lola is getting know for – Catchy verses/chorus’ with infectious punk-pop energy that was pretty huge back in the 90’s (think One Dollar Short, Unwritten Law, Living End) and you’ll be in the right ball-park – Really enjoyed this, Billy’s vocals sound great. Effie Isobel – Moon Made Such an amazing tune, too good for Australia! ‘Moon Made’ is so indie-pop, perfect and at times reminds me of the band Waikiki, especially Effie’s vocals – So endearing.
